1 on 1 - Personal Training

Cassie provides personalized 1-on-1 functional & strength training at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in East Arlington, MA.

She creates customized programming designed for your unique experience, abilities and goals.

Program includes:

  • Warm up (Foam rolling, dynamic stretching and corrective exercises )

  • Priming movements (techniques designed to activate the proper muscles for the upcoming exercises)

  • Workout (8 week periodized progressive overload programs designed specifically for your own personal goals)

  • Basic nutritional guidance (suggested protein, carb, fat and calorie intake and accountability)
